Dumaguete City – the capital of Negros Oriental, aka “The City of the Gentle People”. People also call it the “university city” because there are four universities in the area – we got to visit Silliman University. Aside from visiting the city, a lot of tourist come here because it’s much easier to go to Oslob, Cebu from here instead of flying into Cebu City – more about that in my next blog!
This was my second time in Dumaguete, I explored the city and ate my heart out! Click the link below to see places where you can eat and places to visit while you’re in here 🙂
The Sisters Kitchen Garden Cafe, a cute little Cafe in Sorrento, Victoria. My friends and I stopped by here to have brunch before heading back to Melbourne. Click the link below to see a little bit of the place and to see what I ordered!
As we were making our way to Rye, my friends and I stopped by this cute place called Red Hill Cheese. It is a beautiful and secluded place to relax andddd we also had some really amazing cheeses 😍❤️ Definitely a must see place if you’re in the area!

Last December I flew via Cebu Pacific to Melbourne (will write a separate blog on this!). I was there for around 11 days but was mainly there for my one of my best friend’s wedding. I love Melbourne and will definitely be back to explore more but one of the places I did get to visit was Sunny Ridge Australia.
