It’s a beautiful afternoon and I’m sitting on my bed looking outside at the sun, quietly reminiscing the 2 degrees Celsius London weather we had when we were there last March. It was a dream come true and I got to check off so many things on my bucket list! So just to cap off my London series here they are:
Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace, ahhh. Aren’t both these places on everyone’s London bucket list?! We didn’t spend too much time at these places but I wanted to give you guys a quick glance since they’re too beautiful too miss!
I’ve been neglecting my Europe posts lately and I apologize! I have about 30+ drafts scheduled for the next few months. I’m getting back on track 😀 Bear with me, there are a ton of photos to edit hehe! Anywayssss, today’s post is all about The London Eye!!! Very London ♥
Another beautiful London attraction, the Tower of London, home of the Crown Jewels. It was a cold! Around 2 degrees when we went although it was a nice day, was spitting for a while but the sun decided to come out and we made the most of the sunny weather 😛
Our first morning in London was freezing cold, windy and rainy but that wasn’t stopping us from exploring London! So we layered up, put our warmest clothes on and braved the rain looking for some breakfast! We headed to the closest food place that was open (it was Easter Monday so there were a lot of stores that were closed – random tip: always be sure to check if there are local holidays wherever you’re going! Don’t want to be stuck in place when all stores are closed!) which was McDonald’s! After breakfast we went to go look for a Hop-On-Hop-Off bus, there’ll be a separate blog post on that so let’s just fast forward a bit. Found our bus, hopped on and headed to our first stop, St. Paul’s Cathedral.
