Hotels are expensive! Especially in Europe. And if you’re not a fan of Airbnb, Booking.com may be a great alternative for you! My family and I spent a few weeks in Europe back in March/April and all of our accommodations were booked through booking.com 🙂
Israel, or the Holy Land is often misconstrued as being “dangerous” but tourists continue to flock the country and prove that it’s the total opposite. Another beautiful London attraction, the Tower of London, home of the Crown Jewels. It was a cold! Around 2 degrees when we went although it was a nice day, was spitting for a while but the sun decided to come out and we made the most of the sunny weather 😛
Our first morning in London was freezing cold, windy and rainy but that wasn’t stopping us from exploring London! So we layered up, put our warmest clothes on and braved the rain looking for some breakfast! We headed to the closest food place that was open (it was Easter Monday so there were a lot of stores that were closed – random tip: always be sure to check if there are local holidays wherever you’re going! Don’t want to be stuck in place when all stores are closed!) which was McDonald’s! After breakfast we went to go look for a Hop-On-Hop-Off bus, there’ll be a separate blog post on that so let’s just fast forward a bit. Found our bus, hopped on and headed to our first stop, St. Paul’s Cathedral.

If you follow me on Snapchat or Instagram, you’ll know I’ve recently been to Europe with my family. It was a dream come true and with that came with over 10,000+ photos and videos to go through, choose the best, post-proess, etc. It’s a lot of work but I’m really excited to start sharing them with all of you! Annnnnd to kick off my series of posts on Europe I’ll be doing a quick write up about my family and I’s experience flying with Philippine Airlines as we head to London, England.
