UPDATED AS OF: June 25, 2019
I’ve been wanting to donate my hair for a while now but I haven’t heard of any organizations that accept donations! After researching a bit I found out that Makati Med’s Cancer Center accepts donations. I emailed them and got the details! Then, last December I cut my hair and sent it over to them.

Ahhhhh life. I’ve been pretty busy with work the past few weeks – doing a lot of over time, trying to meet deadlines; not having much time to write new blogs and post photos buuttttt I have a few days off so yay! – combining February’s and March’s update into one – since I missed it hehe. Here’s what I’ve been up to/loving lately:
In life, people tend t wait for good things to come to them. And by waiting, they miss out. Usually, what you wish for doesn’t fall in your lap; it falls somewhere nearby, and you have to recognize it, stand up, and put in the time and work it taks to get to it. This isn’t because the universe is cruel. It’s because the universe is smart. It has its own cat-string theory and knows that we don’t appreciaate things that fall in our laps.” – Neil Strauss
Hi everyone! First life lately update for the year and I don’t have much to say. January in a nutshell was alle aout preparing; getting ready; planning. Planning for the rest of year. Figuring out what I want to accomplish, what are my goals, where I want to go, things I want to do, etc. etc. At the moment there are a few things that are already set in stone and I am really excited about them! There are also some other things that still need planning and researching but I’m crossing my fingers that they’ll push through and I can check off everything on my 2018 bucket list!

Currently drafting this on my phone, in the dark, with the fan on speed three with a pomegranate sheet mask on my face. Feeling super relaxed tonight, especially since its a long weekend (hooray for three day weekends!). It’s raining at the moment and the sound of the raindrops is quite soothing.
It’s already the middle of August and I’ve been so busy at work lately, but I still wanted to update you guys on my June and July, hehe. ☺ Thinking back to it now feels like it was so long ago and it’s so weird to think that in a few days Christmas songs will already be playing in the Philippines, plus I’ll be turning 24! Ekkk.
Ahh. Life lately has been incredibly lazy yet very productive at the same time. Weird, I know hehe. I’ve lacked the time to draft a lot of posts, but I’m making up for lost time. Drafting two today! This post plus one about our day trip in Florence (which was a year, oops). Anyway, I have been writing a lot though outside the online world, it helps to ease my mind. Sometimes I also find myself randomly doodling or writing to help keep my thoughts at bay. It’s also been quite an eventful past few weeks for the world, a lot of tragedies, a lot innocent lives lost. Praying for their souls and their grieving families and friends, I’m sure one day we’ll all find peace.
Hallllloooooo! I know I know, it’s been a while since I’ve last written a post and I say it all the time, haha! But to be really honest, lately, blogging has felt more like extra work! One of the reasons why I started this blog was because I wanted a creative outlet away from the corporate world. It’s supposed to be fun, inspiring. Most of you probably know I work full time – I’m at my work for 10 hours a day, 5 days a week – the majority of my time is spent in front of a laptop screen and the last thing I want to do when I get home is get in front of the computer again!
Keeping this new years post short, sweet and simple.
This year I have nothing but hope. Hope that I accomplish all my goals for the year. Hope that I continue making milestones in my life. Hope that my family and friends also have a great year. And hope that no matter how this year will turn out, that I’ll always remember to be thankful.
